Booking an Appointment

We do not require a referral to provide you service. However, some employee health benefits programs may require a physician’s referral in order for you to receive insurance coverage for these health services. If our clients have extended healthcare coverage through their workplace that cover psychological services, we recommend that they clarify with their workplace their coverage amount (i.e., $ coverage per person per year; percentage of billing/session covered). If a person has benefits for physiotherapy, they commonly would have coverage for psychological services in their benefits plan. Private psychological services are not covered under OHIP.
